What type of products will Frozen Treats Direct be offering?
Frozen Treats Direct will be selling a variety of frozen goods via the Web.  Although we specialize in distributing ice cream products, we will also be carrying a wide variety of other frozen treats including ice pops, snow cones, frozen candy bars, ice cream cakes, frozen yogurt, and even bagged ice!


Why did we begin selling frozen products via the Web?
Selling perishable cold storage products via the Web may sound like a silly idea to most people, but the employees of Frozen Treats Direct aren't like most people!  We have a passion for frozen treats, and feel that we can create a stable and flourishing company based on this idea.  Also, rather than become just another brick-and-mortar store confined to a particular geographic area, we felt that introducing our product offerings to the World Wide Web could help us increase our reach, and ultimately our success.


Why do we believe we can be successful selling these items?
Not to brag, but every single person employed at FTD are certified ice cream experts.  Not only does this mean that we know a lot about ice cream, but we also specialize in helping our customers find the perfect flavor to suit their taste buds.  We have also pioneered a new shipping method for frozen products that is successful in preventing melt as well as extremely cost effective.  We believe that with our team of ice cream experts and our ability to ship frozen products anywhere around the world, we have a recipe for success in the industry.

As we all know, frozen treats appeal to an incredibly wide variety of individuals.  Spanning both genders, numerous age groups, and practically all walks of life, ice cream products can certainly be considered to have a global appeal.  Because of the company's wide appeal, it is hard to narrow down onto one specific type of consumer, so we will just say that our core customers are essentially anyone who loves frozen treats.  And who doesn't?
